## A platform that needed to grow 

TicTac Mobile helps customers with time reporting, project management and invoicing data. The January 2021 case study describes a growing need for secure, manageable IT infrastructure. 

## Flexible infrastructure and advice 

Requirements included virtual servers, a hardware-independent environment and load balancing. But the choice was also about being able to discuss changes with knowledgeable people. 

Complior adapted the service as the business developed. TicTac carried out the implementation itself and, at the time of the interview, also hosted its development environment with Complior. 

## Working closely together 

CEO Carl Zetterberg emphasised stability and the ability to consult Complior's team. Remote access to the development environment also brought practical flexibility to the work. 

The combination of tailored infrastructure and ongoing dialogue supported TicTac as its business and technical needs changed.
